Multi Tasking

This assessment examines a person’s ability to rapidly switch between tasks, whilst maintaining accuracy. A person’s score on this assessment should provide an indication of how well the candidate is able to switch between multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy within the dynamic environment of a modern Contact Centre. This assessment takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
