This assessment examines a persona’s ability to use perform common tasks using Contact Centre applications. A person’s score on this assessment should provide an indication of how well they will be able to perform various tasks by navigating around and switching between simulated Contact Centre applications. This assessment is timed and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
